Proto\u017ee opravdu v \u017eivot\u011b n\u00e1s do cesty n\u011bjak\u00e9 v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 se prost\u011b hnedka neo\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, a kter\u00e9 jsou opravdu velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9. A hlavn\u011b jsou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 t\u00edm, \u017ee se stra\u0161n\u011b stresujeme a po\u0159\u00e1d se v n\u011b\u010dem hon\u00edme. Pokud se ale budeme honit, tak v\u017edycky prost\u011b z n\u00e1s budou takov\u00ed nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed lid\u00e9, proto\u017ee kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk opravdu hrozn\u011b sp\u011bch\u00e1, tak v \u017eivot\u011b prost\u011b potom nic nenasp\u011bch\u00e1. Ur\u010dit\u011b to zn\u00e1te, \u017ee by se \u010dlov\u011bk prost\u011b m\u011bl n\u011bkdy chv\u00edli uklidnit, sednout si a \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee dneska nebudete nic \u0159e\u0161it. Proto\u017ee pokud budete po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco \u0159e\u0161it, tak se v\u0161echno bude prost\u011b zhor\u0161ovat. A to je opravdu velice n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, proto\u017ee pokud budete takhle v \u017eivot\u011b ke v\u0161emu p\u0159istupovat, tak uvid\u00edte, \u017ee prost\u011b v \u017eivot\u011b budete m\u00edt probl\u00e9my, budete se stresovat a budete m\u00edt celkovou psychickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. A to je opravdu velice \u0161patn\u011b. Proto je opravdu pot\u0159eba se tro\u0161ku zamyslet a uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee v \u017eivot\u011b jsou mnohem hor\u0161\u00ed v\u011bci a sna\u017eit se ty v\u011bci tro\u0161ku v\u00edc zlep\u0161it. Ur\u010dit\u011b bychom si mohli \u0159\u00edct, pro\u010d bychom si nepomohli Fahd? T\u0159eba v tom, abychom si ten sv\u016fj \u017eivot zm\u011bnili, a to prost\u011b t\u00edm, \u017ee opravdu za\u010dneme p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let tro\u0161ku jin\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. A uv\u011bdom\u00edte si, \u017ee kdy\u017e za\u010dnete tro\u0161ku jinak p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let a uva\u017eovat, tak zjist\u00edte, \u017ee jsou v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 jsou opravdu d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ty, kter\u00e9 jste \u0159e\u0161ili, a nakonec se na to budete d\u00edvat \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fdm pohledem a \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fdma o\u010dima. To pr\u00e1v\u011b se od n\u00e1s od \u017eivota vy\u017eaduje. A v\u011b\u0159te, \u017ee opravdu budete v\u011bd\u011bt, co v \u017eivot\u011b m\u016f\u017eete dok\u00e1zat, a mnohem v\u00edc, ne\u017e kdy\u017e se prost\u011b budete zbyte\u010dn\u011b stresovat, proto\u017ee ty stresy pro \u010dlov\u011bka jsou opravdu vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed.
